Being a dad does rock! I love seeing my kids experience things for the first time, and I encourage them to take measured risks. My wife worries that I allow them to take too many risks, but to me, there is nothing like seeing the wheels turning in their head when overcoming a fear and just jumping right into something. My boys are young men now, and like everyone says – where did the time go.

Enjoy them young and even though we don’t do it perfect, it’s interesting to see how some things stick with them.

It’s truely a joy to see them grow and come into their potential as adults.
