In a word, he was referring to my &quot;weaknesses.&quot;  How amazing, I thought later, that weaknesses can be stated as opportunities.  It seems like an oxymoron, but it really does make sense.  So ... to you and other dads going through a change such as this, think of those weaknesses as opportunities.
