Sometimes when you decide to visit your own web site, you may find the dreaded “Site cannot be found” or it’s taking too long to respond. 
One of the first things you would do is probably to check your Internet connection, maybe even clear your browser cache and cookies, restart it to see if it’s just some simple hang up. Usually clearing cache/cookies can do the trick. But not always.
What if the web site is really down? Usually a call to a good friend or a quick Twitter help message would do the job. Here’s another resource that you could bookmark.
