Great post. It’s very important to have people on your team and know their strenghts. I on the other hand am a marketer and know how to market. I have my geeky friends handle the techie stuff while I market my business. I think it’s important for geeky people to also know they need people who know how to market. Because after all, even the best geek in the world will go broke if they do not know how to get customers.
