@Chris: I so agree with you about being motivated to write and tell that to people all the time. It’s OK to have ’seasons’ where you don’t want to blog or write but when you do, churn them out and use automation to help you. People won’t ever know of your low ’seasons’. To them. it’s like you just kept on chugging along.

I am a big fan of Google calendar, docs etc. They can be a great help in really developing a plan and sticking to it.

Your idea about seasonal articles is great but sometimes when you are in a groove you can come up with a lot of material at once. In these cases you may be able to create two or three post that you can then use on those day when you've got writers block or just don't feel like writing.
