Knowing that much about the behind the scenes goings on at Zappos makes me feel like I’m shopping on a friend’s site. And I’m much more likely to buy from a friend than someone I know nothing about.
To me this is especially important when it comes to online shopping where any dude with a computer can open up shop.
Makes me feel safe and loved.
