		<description>WOW loved this post, great honesty and YOU hit the nail on the head with every single one! I have many things I sell... or more could sell, but do not push. I love that you said about letting them see that it is a good opportunity by the way your life is going and the way you are carrying themselves... people WILL take notice and want to know what you are doing and how they can get in. That is the best motto in many parts in life, children, work, leading a healthy lifestyle, live it, that is the best endorsement... not preaching it!

YES! I&#039;ve found when I use this approach, the team members are actually more successful and self-motivated. When you talk someone into the business, you end up dragging them along the whole way. This is much simpler and the results are better! Great article (it needed to be said!).

They scream desperation when I see people do all of what you mentioned.
Doing those things gives the person a &#039;bad&#039; rep as well as the company(ies) they represent.</description>
