It’s October and that means women are thinking pink, or at least they should be.

I’m doing my part by reminding you to take care of yourself and take care of your breasts by doing monthly self exams and having regular mammograms after age 35.

Internet Based Moms has been raising money for Breast Cancer Awareness and Research since 2005.  If you’d like to participate in some way, please visit their site and read some of the amazing stories of work at home moms that have been touched by cancer.

As much as I hate the mammogram process, I’ve comet to appreciate how vitally important they are - all as a result of the increased awareness of breast cancer. I wasn’t aware of Internet Based Mom’s fundraiser for this cause and I’ll visit their site now. Thanks!
