Then when I use an article or special report I move it into a folder for the site I used it on (that folder stays within the original source folder). I wish I could delete what I won't use... First of the month I download it all, but I organize it right away into "projects" - usually, a folder named after the website I'll use it on. I find that I've used all the articles and recipes in the first two weeks of the month and the reports sit on my desktop.
