Kelly thanks so much for this post! I have PLR content that I purchased awhile ago but it's lost in my documents folder and so unorganized.

Now I know how to organize it and that makes me a happy camper :-) LOL

I also use folders to organize my PLR, but I use a folder for each source. Then when I use an article or special report I move it into a folder for the site I used it on (that folder stays within the original source folder).

I wish I could delete what I won't use... I'm too much of a pack rat and I think I might "need it later." :)

My method is similar Kelly. First of the month I download it all, but I organize it right away into "projects" - usually, a folder named after the website I'll use it on.

Some plr I use on two sites, so I'll copy it over to both project folders. I dump what I know I'll never use, right away.

I find that I've used all the articles and recipes in the first two weeks of the month and the reports sit on my desktop. I like the idea of the 3 months review.
