I agree with hard-to-find contact info.

I don’t agree with the all centered text – that is a personal decision. I do not go to a site and get turned off by all centered text – many times it actually looks better and helps to highlight important details. Nothing amateur about that!

And, yes, people will do what they choose and are quite successful at it .

I hate those distracting flash ads or for that matter too many ads in general. I’m usually out of there in a flash (pun intended).

a site lost out on a sale last week cuz I had a question and their site had no contact info! not cool
but worked out for two others on twitter that I ended up buying from instead! lol

It drives me crazy to read sites with spelling errors or YELLING! Most of the time I will quit reading, and if I am really interested in the information on that site I will find a different site.

Good one Tara. We shouldn’t have to weave through a corn maze just to figure out to contact someone. Those peeps are losing countless business due to that one oversight.

Can’t stand when contact info is hard to (if not impossible) to find.
Make it easy for customers/clients/people on your site to be able to reach you.
