You said something that has always been so true for me but yet I never follow through on sticking to it. "Take care of yourself. Shower, dress, put on makeup and do your hair." When I take the time to get up a little earlier in the mornings and do these things I feel so different. It's almost like those things give me a positive feeling. It almost sets the mood for the day. I get this loud and clear and see that I need to implement some of them too! Took me reading this to see that the blues have crept up on me, yikes!

I just moved so the purging is completed LOL. I don’t think I have worn makeup in over a month…OVER A MONTH! That is not my usual MO. I miss my walks along the beach and have slacked in the exercise area too.

Think this is just the post I needed to read tonight. THANK YOU
